Values, scale & sources

The specimen’s marker uses its latest completed sale, in either direction: what the Vault paid while it holds the specimen, or the Vault’s last treasury sale while another holder owns it. The custody graduation in the possession terms counts what the Vault paid, not a treasury sale price. Vault balance and $POO market cap are displayed separately; neither sets the specimen’s position. A pending sale or standing offer does not move the marker.

The other works retain their sourced historical sale or appraisal values. They are historical comparisons, not current offers. Milestones have equal visual spacing; the specimen moves proportionally between neighboring values. An unpriced specimen waits at the beginning without a numeric valuation.

Catalogue and museum photographs are credited in each work’s details. Other miniatures are illustrative representations. The moving specimen is a cutout from an earlier study, before sealing.

Legends beyond the price tags

Two more reasons the specimen is in excellent company. No verified public sale value is used for these exhibits.
